holiday cards 2009

the simple triangle tree is the theme of this year’s holiday cards, just as it was last year. i love the simple lines, and not committing to much more than that.
office supplies also play a large role this year: green-patterned security envelopes, kraft paper, and grid paper for the trees… which are glued to an index card guide… i’m going to try to match the letter to the recipient’s last name as much as possible, but i only bought 3 packs. so i may flip the card for a few and send blank tabs.
it’s not the most practical card in that it cannot stand on its own. but it’s the thought that counts, right?!

Simply stunning!! I would never have guessed that the papers were office supplies. I honestly thought it was handmade paper until I read the text. It’s always the simple ideas that are the most effective. You are very talented

I love it! And most cards don’t stand on their own these days, what with all the photo cards around. My materials for cards have been sitting on a chair in my living room for a couple weeks now. I better get crackin!
