sunday pARTy
last sunday morning, maddie and maddy came over with their moms lisa and ingrid, and they each made a book. the original idea was to make a flip book, but with so many paper punches and colored pencils and markers to play with, we ended up making a journal/album. it was a delight watching them create, and i’d be happy to have them come over to do it again!

I love the fact that you had 2 little girls in your house with the same name, but different spellings and think maddie and maddy need to start an alt-rocker chick band with some sort of wordplay on the 2 spellings… of which I am not feeling clever enough this morning to offer up suggestions.
In my office we have embraced the Rebecca Black song (with a great deal of irony) and so I offer up to you… it’s Friday, Friday, Friday (pointer fingers in the air + hips shaking back + forth to the off-beat rhythm of this infectiously wretched song).
