the end of the friday letter

final friday letter
my friday letter collaboration with the wonderful alex is over. i’m a bit sad about it, since i did enjoy finding a new letter each week. sniff. but i love the friendship that developed over the last 4 months.

so now you know what the letters were for! alex figured out that if we did each other’s first name, add @, and our blog name, there are 21 letters even. smart girl! she’ll have her collection up shortly, i promise! here it is!

most of my letters can be found in minneapolis or saint paul, but there are a few from new york, michigan’s upper peninsula, wisconsin, and duluth. alex shot letters in new zealand and australia, 2 places i hope to visit some day.

now, what i will i post about on fridays?! any one up for a new collaboration? leave a comment…

happy weekend!

    This is terrific!
My mama group is planning to do this with our kids’ names, but we are too wussy to go out in the cold…
I think we’ll probably plan this for April or so.

This is really fun…. Would you collaborate with a foodie?

I love it! I was tracking the letters for a while but lost my sticky note. Yep, shouldn’t have used a sticky note. I was going to work with Seth on a project with Seth and his name but just with glue and beans or something. Now, based off Jess’ comment I may need to do this.

I’d be happy to collaborate on something with you. Maybe the calendar could be an in person collaboration. Go to a giant antique store, split up, you take evens, I’ll take odds…

I think it would be nice to shoot some sort of plant or flower currently in bloom (or another attractive life-phase) outdoors in your area. I live in Salt Lake City, so it would be a challenge to find pretty plants or flowers at this time of year, but the culmination would look like a timeline of spring!

As it has been noted before “I suck at time management” so I’ll just sit back and watch for your collaboration!
p.s. don’t put me on the lump of coal list, kay? You know I just take forever to get things done!

terrific idea!! I had wondered if you were spelling something out!! :D How about you deviate back to your colour scavenger hunts. Seeing that Miss CT is seriously into colours. The flowering plants sounds cool too. May be I could warm some toes and hands in seriously cold US. What do you think?? I am DETERMINED to improve my photography this year!!!!
