postcard exchange
back in october, the wonderful janie of ragamuffins left a comment on one of my friday letter posts, about what fun the collaboration is. so i suggested we do our own! we went back and forth a bit, and settled on a postcard exchange: we each find a postcard from where we live, and alter it per our specialty. i was really hoping janie would paint on hers, since she’s such a talented painter. and yay! she did! last month i received a postcard from cork harbor at roches point, ireland, with a painting of pups toby and josh. what a joy to see them. thank you janie!
i sent her an old postcard of the minneapolis institute of arts, and did a bit of assemblage with fish & circles. what a departure! heeeee…
