i met anna and her mom last night to knit at the cafe that’s kitty-corner to the riverview theater. i started working on this skirt. it’s the most challenging knitting project for me to date. i’m a bit nervous about it…

ambitious, but you can do it, and it will look great! what color?
No worries. Just think of it as a giant bowl with a hole in the bottom.
jenn — grey, not quite as mottled as the image on the color song site.
anna — you have me laughing. i hope it’s that easy!
I think a giant bowl sounds very scary. what about a really wide, round scarf?
Go for it. I really want to see a photo of proposed project on this winter. Sighs, winter sounds soooo good. A little cold occassionally is good.
I think it’s going to be easier than you think- just a lot of time. Hopefully it won’t look like a giant bowl when you wear it!
I like the giant bowl idea. If it doesn’t fit you, you’ll have the biggest felt bowl ever made.
I wish I could been there…
Such a nice project! You will be super pretty with that skirt! I should also knit something…you know before, I forget how to do it!!!
great shot jen
the skirt is fabulous dahhhhling! I know you’ll get it right and if not I think the giant felted bowl has potential!
