situations is a book-inspired installation art exhibition at minnesota center for book arts, featuring over 50 artists from across the nation. the works defy traditional definition, with site-specific, interactive, multimedia and environmental pieces. definitely a must see!

opening reception is saturday, jan 26, from 6:00-9:00pm.

    are you going to the opening reception? the party i’m going to on saturday is across the street from mcba, so i’d go to it with you…..eh?

    Hi,
    I just wanted to thank you for visiting the exhibition at the Minneapolis Central Library and giving the artists some coverage. Glad you enjoyed the work–and yes, here in Hawaii, the Volumes pieces have been interpreted as looking like sushi too!! I wish I could be there to check out the shows and see how my work was installed at the Minnesota Center for Book Arts (I’m there too–with a very different looking piece that I did with rubber).
    Thanks also for posting my website. From one artist to another….
